TitleNative sulfer on aragonite
DescriptionThis sample, from an unknown location, contains sulfur crystals on aragonite. The sample is 8 cm across. Sulfur, which is given a bad reputation because of its odor, can make a very beautiful mineral specimen, and fine quality examples are much sought after. Sulfur is often associated with celestite, calcite, aragonite (this sample) and gypsum.
