| Title | Barite in a concretion from East Moore, England |
| Description | This barite precipitated in a concretion. Note the growth rings marked by layers of hematite. The concretion was cut open and polished to make this a pretty specimen. The color of this sample appears artificial but it is natural - although it is an unusual color for barite. This sample is 5 cm across. |
