DescriptionTourmaline comes in many different colors. The pink variety is called rubellite. More typically, tourmaline is black (schorl) but even black varieties can shine or sparkle. High quality tourmalines are prized as gems. Tourmaline is the most common mineral that contains boron. This crystal is 6 cm long.
